Terms and Conditions for Participation in Oxford Centre for Leadership (OCL) Conferences and Programs

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Oxford Centre for Leadership (OCL) Conferences and Programs (hereafter referred to as “the Conference”). By registering for the Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration for the Conference must be completed through the official OCL website or designated platform.

2.2 Full payment of the registration fee is required for participation in the Conference. Fees are detailed on the Conference website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the OCL Conference organisers.

3.2 Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once you have registered, your fees contribute to the essential pre-planning and logistical management of the conference, making refunds unfeasible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Conference Program

4.1 The Conference program is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 The OCL reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.1 All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the Conference.

5.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Conference.

Liability and Insurance

6.1 The OCL Conference organisers are not responsible for personal injuries or losses sustained during the Conference.

6.2 Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.
